We live in Duluth, MN where the temp can range from -20 up to 30 degrees during the winter. My 9 year old is a huge Jurassic Park fan and sauce he's gotten this, I've not once heard him complain about being cold or about the jacket getting wet or anything.. plus it looks so cool on him!
