Was expecting winter boots but instead more of summer boots.Wish I would have read the reviews. Bought these as a Christmas present because it first said would be shipped in time. A couple days later got an email to say it would be after Christmas. Finally received them on 01/06/2022. They looked like a cheap imitation of what was pictured. Not fur lined like the description. Cheap flimsy material, crushed and crinkled. Save your money. Now I have to wait 3wks to get a refund while it mails back to China.Took 30 days to receive item and they were not as described in picture. Also too large and had a bad chemical smell to them. Requested a refund. Rec'd refund after I had to contact them directly and was told I did not have to return them but my account says they are still waiting for item back?They are so thin and stiff the upper and lower/soles arrived dented. Upper has creases. They sure don't look like they will be warm. I was giving them as gifts, as I bought two pair. What is the actual brand name of the boots?I ordered a size 9. Received a size 41 that fits more like a 10-11 shoe size. They were also cheaply made. Don't recommend.The description that was showing on the boots it False. Was made very cheaply.I HATED THE BOOTS! THEY WERE FAKE, and HAD PLASTIC BOTTOM, NO INSULATION, AND IMPOSSIBLE TO GET IN TOUCH WITH SELLER!They were to be boots to wear for work as I work with special needs.
